I am trying to customize my site and cannot make any changes to it at all. The Customize menu freezes. I am using Magazine theme. I have tried clearing the cache as well as the cookies but still no luck. What is wrong? My site is

Try using another browser, or even another computer.
Additionally, try disabling your plugins.
