# Trouble installing WordPress.org?

 * I’m currently using a Mac. I’m a mediocre on this and new to WordPress.
    My main
   reason on why I want to download the software is to install custom themes on 
   my WordPress.com
 * My problem here is I can’t understand the instructions quite well.
    Can anyone
   please explain how it works step-by-step?

 * You can’t download the software to install custom themes on wordpress.com
 * This software is not related to wordpress.com in that manner
 * the software gets installed on a server to run your own wordpress
 * wordpress.COM is wordpress hosted, you can’t install custom themes really
