Trouble running installer.php

For Duplicator, I have a archive.daf file and a installer.php file in my host iPage root folder dfmaatc02. When I select the installer.php file in iPage and then select View in browser I get a Duplicator – Bootloader window indicating “Invalid header marker”. The ZipArchive = Disabled and the Shell Unzip = Disabled?

Is there another way to get the installer.php to start?

I started over by creating a new Duplicator backup file set. This was uploaded to my iPage host root folder dfmaatc02. I used the following URL in a Firefox tab:
https://d.fmaatc.org/dfmaatc01_752f4933e3e4607f1691_20251213221414_installer.php
This resulted in the Duplicator installer running and I was able to complete the new install.

Internet documentation indicates that the URL could/should be:
https://d.fmaatc.org/installer.php

Does anyone know if this shorter URL would be correct? I guess I could do a test to know it will work. It would be quicker (less work), it the shorter URL works.

You can start the backup installation by hitting the link https://d.fmaatc.org/installer.php if the installer.php file is named installer.php. However, if the installer file is named dfmaatc01_752f4933e3e4607f1691_20251213221414_installer.php, you should use the link https://d.fmaatc.org/installer/dfmaatc01_752f4933e3e4607f1691_20251213221414_installer.php, both will work the same way, just use the correct link.

About the issue you encountered, it looks like the PHP Zip extension is not enabled on your host. Please contact your hosting support to enable the ZIP extension for you and start the backup installation.

I don’t understand the URL which you posted that I should enter:
https://d.fmaatc.org/installer/dfmaatc01_752f4933e3e4607f1691_20251213221414_installer.php
What is the reason for adding “installer” after d.fmaatc.org?

https://d.fmaatc.org/dfmaatc01_752f4933e3e4607f1691_20251213221414_installer.php is what I used when I redid the install and this URL worked.

Thanks mohammedeisa for the correction. I now have my documentation updated for doing a Duplicator backup and an install. Since I only do a Duplicator install about twice per year, the documentation makes a good guide for me to follow.
