Trouble with Divi

When linking #pum-NNN or #popmake-NNN in a divi module, its doesnt work.
I just jump back to the top of the site.

How?
1. Creating a Text or Button module in divi
2. wether link in text <a href=”#pum-NNN”>text</a> or in the link section for the button
