# Troubleshooting: No Event Tracking

 * I have 2 websites on the same server, with the same WordPress/Theme. Both have
   Better Google Analytics setup exactly the same, but one is not tracking downloads
   and the other is.
 * The Google Analytics dashboard for the site that isn’t working has a ‘Goal’ setup
   to match the ‘Event’, but this has been set to ‘not record’. Is it possible this
   is the issue somehow?
 * If anyone can give me some ideas for common causes of failed event tracking I
   would be grateful. Thanks.
