# Troubleshooting performance issues

 * Hello,
 * I am new to wordpress, so please excuse if you find my problem kiddish. I have
   a wordpress website [http://imomentsphotography.in](http://imomentsphotography.in).
   Right now my website is running very slowly, if i open dashboard then it works
   fine but if i visit my site its running very slowly.
 * Is there any third party tool or plugin available which can help to troubleshoot
   any performance issues – helps to identify which plugin or query is causing the
   issue or which query is in hung mode?

 * Yes, hosting provider was able to find few queries in hung/suspended mode. Killing
   those helped.
 * But is there any 3rd party tool available, which can help us to troubleshoot 
   these issues – rather than raising request with hosting vendor.
