Troublesome plugin crashes website, worst support

Had a pro web guy look at my website to diagnose what the issue was and it turns out this plugin. After reporting it to the plugin’s support page, all I got was useless response, telling me I should test most basic when I already made clear I already had a pro dev do the tests, only to be followed with bad attitude from the dev. Even sent him emails that he ignored. After weeks I decided this plugin is not worth it, if the dev has this bad attitude, then I can’t trust the plugin, can expect only more hassles.
