Truly Formidable!

I just received another tech support response from Kolahn at Formidable Forms and I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude for both the product and the support history I’ve had with it.

Most of what I’ve done in my use of Formidable Forms hasn’t required relying on Tech Support because the combination of written documentation and tutorial videos covers my questions so well. But when I’ve still needed guidance, I’ve found the support level to be excellent. There is a nice attitude associated with it and the answers have been very relevant to my needs.

The Formidable Forms product has become a core asset in my development efforts. I assist immigrants/refugees in setting up WordPress websites to promote their products and services. That has involved needing to do more than just provide an Internet presence. Entrepreneurship tends to require application development. Formidable Forms has been a great product to provide user interaction and database support. I come from a long SQL background and I’ve found it’s functionality to be a game-changer, even though it’s not SQL oriented in its presentation.

So this is just an expression of appreciation. Product is great and support is terrific! Good combination.
