# Truncated Posts

 * I’m working on a new site for myself and am attempting to use posts for the “
   main page”, with one being sticky for “static” content. To do this, I ensured“
   Full Text” is selected under Settings > Reading, but the posts remain truncated.
   Unless I misunderstand what that setting does, I can only assume the issue is
   with a bug in the theme. As such, I’m looking for some help on how to go about
   ensuring ALL content within a post is displayed.

 * As you can see, each have “[…]” at thee end of it indicating it has been truncated.
   Furthermore, the sticky post (the welcome post) has a picture that isn’t being
   displayed.

 * Hi,
    This setting is related to the syndication feed and not the way posts are
   actually displayed on the website.
 * Beeing able to choose full text or excerpt is an interesting option though ( 
   already discussed in an earlier thread) , that’s why it’s going to be included
   in the next theme release. (in the next days)
