Trying to install multi-site

    I have two blogs on separate URLs. I was trying to get the second blog up on ww.wp.xz.cn and now my first blog reads this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_multisite() in /home/content/15/5674015/html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 505

    What did I do? How can I fix it without screwing things up further?
