 * Do you have a tutorial in English to set up the plugin.
   I need a simple kind 
   of cashback on the website. For example:a customer Paulo buy some product for
   U$ 100 and get 10% ( U$ 10,00 ) of cashback for the next shop. Its not necessary
   establish client levels, like silver, gold and etc… that’s it

   Is it possible to assign a different percentage for each payment
   method?For example:credit card purchase = 2% cashbackdebit card purchase = 5%
