    There is a huge RED message saying:

    !!!!!!!!!!! May 23, 2013 – Twitter API is having issues at the moment.
    You may get errors like “403 Forbidden: The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it”.
    You can monitor it here: https://dev.twitter.com/status
    Please do not open tickers about that. There is nothing could be done from our side.
