# Twitter Share button not working after move to https

 * I am not sure what the culprit is but, after moving to https:// on my site, the
   twitter share links get generated starting with this
 * [https://myurlname.com/.twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=xxxxx&url=https://myurlname.com/the-post-sluge/&via=twitterhandle](https://myurlname.com/.twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=xxxxx&url=https://myurlname.com/the-post-sluge/&via=twitterhandle)
 * instead of
 * [https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=xxxxx&url=https://myurlname.com/the-post-sluge/&via=twitterhandle](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=xxxxx&url=https://myurlname.com/the-post-sluge/&via=twitterhandle)
 * Any insight that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.
