 * Hey everyone,
 * I’m looking for a theme that would allow just two columns on the main page. They
   would be side-by-side and allow for two separate users to post in each one. I
   would want everything to be in one database.
 * It would almost be like a dueling opinion-type site, but rather, the tow will
   be blogging about almost anything.
 * Is this possible?

 * Sure. You’ll need to customize your index.php file to create the two columns.
   From there, you can use query_posts (with author parameters) to creating the “
   dueling” columns:
