Two Backgrounds Using Oxygen

    Hi there!
    I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I could have two backgrounds using the Oxygen theme. This website has the exact design I want.

    See, you have the background with the photos, but most importantly, you also have the grey area that serves as a background to the content. I used Firebug to look at how this was done. It appears that a div layer was created to enable that #F0F0F0 background, but how do I do that? I created a child theme for Oxygen.
