 * I haven’t deeply into this yet, but can anyone suggest why there would be 2 divs
with the same ID of “bbpress-forums”? They’re only separated by the page title:

 * Hmm, that definitely shouldn’t be happening, but is likely an issue with bbPress.
 * Genesis (or this plugin) doesn’t touch the bbPress output, which looks to be
the issue here, so I don’t think the plugin would cause this (or even Genesis).
 * I have several clients running Genesis, bbPress, and this plugin, but have never
   encountered this issue.
 * You’re not doing any custom bbPress theming as part of the child theme are you?
 * First, I would upgrade to bbPress 2.3 which was released last week and contains
a whole slew of fixes and tweaks. Secondly, you can upgrade to 0.9.0 of this
   plugin (which was just released).
 * See if that fixes the issue. If it doesn’t, which would be really strange, I
would temporarily switch you theme to something like TwentyTwelve and see if
the issue still persists (as I suspect it would). That would at least clue you
in to see if the issue is theme related or bbPress related.

 * I’m not doing any custom templates with it, but you might have been right that
it was a bug in bbPress or something… I’ve updated everything and it seems to
   be fine now.
