Two blogs under one site

Hello,

I’ve got a rather unique situation. Im working with a client to develop their website- their website requires two completely separate blogs.

I’ve done a bunch of searching through the forums.. but I haven’t found anything truly specific.

Blog #1- This is used for the board of directors. The content in this section is all private and password protected. Users must login the view this section of the site and the blog page that hold the meeting minutes.

Blog #2- They just informed me that they want to also have a standard blog on the website that they can use for community updates.

I’ve played around with the categories feature.. but it won’t suffice as it cannot restrict the ‘private’ posts from appearing. As such, I really need two completely separate blogs.

Is it possible to have two separate blogs?

If you have any other ideas.. Im open!
