# Two clicks needed when submitting comment…

 * Hi, I tried to search everywhere, but I could not find a solution.
 * I use latest wp with frank-master and tinymce-advanced plugins and when I try
   to submit a comment, the first time I click the button, text area of tinymce 
   shrinks and nothing other happens. The comment is submitted the second time I
   click the button.
 * Can you help me please? I think disabling the tinymce text area could solve the
   problem, but I don’t know how to do it, I’ve neither found it…

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.

 * OK, I’ve tried to disable all plugins vie ftp, renaming the plugins folder, but
   the problem persists…

   for future use.

 * Now I’m trying to figure out, how to switch do default theme 🙂 I presume that
   ftp “deactivation” of the plugins is pretty the same, as the “via admin deactivation”,
   am I right?

 * Then I can only suggest that you switch to another theme. We only support themes
   downloaded from wordpress.org here.
