 * Hello,
 * I have set my website to 800 pixels, so it is not on the whole screen.
 * How can I set a background for the outside and a background for the inside?
 * For example: I would like to have a black background on all my pages, but for
   the outside of the page border I would like to have an image as background.
 * Is there a plugin for that or should I just use some CSS?

 * this would be a good question for the theme support team.
    they could help with
   the CSS for different layers of the background (i.e site, page, content area 
   etc.) which theme are you using?
