 * Is there a way in pods to have two dropdown lists on a page and the second dropdown
   list displays only the possible choices based on what the user chooses in the
   first dropdown list.

 * Pods does not have this functionality built in.
 * You would need to use jQuery to remove options from the second field input, based
   on the current value of the first. Here is a good example of a question on hwo
   to do just that, on Stackoverflow:
