# Two Factor Authentication

 * 1. 2 step verification via app not working (after enabling user are not asked
   to authenticate).
    2. OTP login form not showing up (after enabling user are 
   not asked to authenticate). 3. Security question not working (turn on, but there’s
   no form to write the question).

 * These are premium version features.
    Each user must setup the 2FA setting from
   the “My Security” tab added after you enable 2FA. In the next version there will
   be an option to enable 2FA via email by default for all users.

 * I have the premium version and I don’t have a My Security tab. As indicated in
   the first post, I have enable all 2FA options and none of the features are displayed
   for me or my users. So, I ask again, how can this be fixed?

 * Once you enable the desired 2FA options for your users the My Security tab is
   shown :

 * If its not showing, then the 2FA hasnt been enabled.
 * Also we have the default option to enable 2FA via Email in the next version.
