# Two forms

 * Hi team,
 * Is it possible to create two ticket forms. for example one would be for name,
   email and phone number and a second form for collecting for example name , email
   and home address. I am trying to put one form on one page and the second on a
   different page and see which one is doing better for the end user.

 * Thank you for your response. First I hate dealing with Gravity Form and their
   business.
    Second I am happy to pay for this option as a native addon of SupportCandy.
   Give me a the development cost for this add on.
