# Two Forms in Same Page

 * Hello,
 * I have 2 forms (CF7) in same page , sepparated by Accordion (From Elementor)
 * In both forms i have fields for Country, State and City , but everytime when 
   i complete the second form , State Field and City Field is linked to Country 
   Field from first form.
 * Can you help me ?

 * no matter how many forms I add in the same page, the fields from the plugin always
   remain related to the first field with the Country in the first form.
