# Two Issues

 * First off … CVG is a great plugin. Thank you for all your hard work.
 * I’m having two interesting issues:
 *  1. When I click on “Overview” the Sever Details turns up blank … no information
   is displayed there and
 *  2. For some reason when I enter the shortcode using the showcase option, my 
   entire page ends right where the gallery is supposed to go.
 * FYI – I am hosting on a CentOS server 6.4. I recently installed ffmpeg but I 
   have no way of knowing that it took since I can’t see anything show up under 
   Server Details.
 * Anyone out there dealt with this one? Thanks in advance!

   you will see that the gallery does not work using the showcase option. If you
   click on “Autogenic Training” you will see that it does work in slideshow mode.
 * FYI – the site is a work in progress at the moment.
 * Any light you can shed will be ever so helpful. Also I’m not sure why “Server
   Details” is blank when I click on “overview” in my WordPress control panel.

 * Try disabling other plugins and check. If still not working, switch to default
   theme and check. Let me know then. Mentioned page is not fully loading and I’m
   not able to find slideshow widget in mentioned page.

 * I did as you said and disabled all plugins. I also switched to the default template
   and still got the same result.
 * The fact that the page isn’t fully loading is actually the problem. When it hits
   the gallery shortcode it shuts down and nothing is loading from that point on.
 * I’ll continue to dig on this as well. Any ideas are obviously welcome.

 * This might also be helpful in solving this mystery:
 * Whenever I upload a video into the gallery, the video uploads and then I am immediately
   taken to a blank screen. The video uploads into the gallery but the blank screen
   afterward is a bit of a mystery.
