# Two problems

 * Hello
 * I’m having two problems with the donation process.
 * 1) confirmation: After a donation is made, the donor get’s a spinning wheel instead
   of a thank you confirmation.
 * 2) Double Email is sent out:
    The site admin gets 2 identical “New Donation” 
   emails. The donor gets 2 identical “Donation Receipt” emails

 * Feel free to close this. It’s been resolved.
 * The problem was a caching issue on the server (wp-engine) and multiple hooks 
   defined in the stripe environment.
