 * Hi there.
 * I am looking for two different themes and wondering if you can make some suggestions.
   I am looking for free or inexpensive themes. One needs to be for a real estate
   single agent site that would be compatible with diverse solutions idx plug in
   for northstar mls.
 * The other needs to be free if at all possible for an estate sale site. It needs
   to have basically a static front page with maybe a widget that shows a photo 
   for the most current estate sale. The main setup needs to be where the person
   I am developing it for can put each estate sale on a page with descriptions of
   the items at the sale, google map and rows of photos for the sale.
 * If you have any suggestions for me I would appreciate it.
