Two Upgrade problems

    I installed and ran the upgrade and all looked okay except:

    There is no menubar across wp-admin/index.php. Just the log-out option.

    There is a link to post but it gives me the following error:
    Warning: array_filter(): The second argument, ‘Array’, should be a valid callback in /home/.abrahamkiln/helpme/pinkjalapenos.com/blog/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 152

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/.abrahamkiln/helpme/pinkjalapenos.com/blog/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 156
    You do not have to sufficient permissions access this page.

    Can anyone help? I have searched the forums but can’t figure it out.

    When you did the upgrade, did you delete all files except for those in wp-content and wp-config.php? It sounds like you still have some old files hanging on that are messing things up.

    I did but I guess I could do it again.
