 * Hi,
 * I am getting a critical JS error when I try to edit/update the feature image.
   I am using WPBakery Page Builder to edit the post I am working on.
 *     ```

 * Thanks for reaching out. If you switch to the default WordPress editor can you
   confirm you experience the same issue? You may need to temporarily deactivate
   the WPBakery Page Builder to ensure there are no conflicts.

 * it only breaks in the Gutenberg view not in the WPBakery Page Builder or classic(
   old) WordPress editor.
 * I have disabled the WPBakery Page builder and the bug still occurs.

 * [@bigandy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bigandy/) thanks for your reply.
 * 1) Does this occur only when the AMP plugin is activated?
 * 2) Could you send us your [Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png)
   through [this form](https://forms.gle/qoNjD4qodJqKqcBS6) so we can review your
   site setup for anything known?
 * Thank you!

 * Hi,
    1. Yes it only occurs when the AMP plugin is activated and in Gutenberg
   editor.
 * 2. I’ve just submitted it.
 * Thanks,
 * Andrew

 * [@bigandy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bigandy/) thanks for the info!
   I noticed that the value for _file\_uploads_ under **WP Media** states that _File
   uploads is turned off_.
 * 1) Would you happen to know if this is set at the server-level (perhaps php.ini)
   or with another plugin?
 * 2) To narrow down further, could you use the [Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   and enable [its troubleshooting mode](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting).
   This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely since
   it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
 * – Please [enable the AMP plugin](https://jmp.sh/tQS1CE4) and let me know if the
   issue is present.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode
   may help pinpoint if something else is involved. – Note you can [disable troubleshooting mode](https://jmp.sh/uErQi8t)
   from the plugins page.

 * I expected the same issue. I noticed that maybe it could be related to the Cloudinary
   plug-in. if i disable it the editor works.

   thanks for the information!
 * [@bigandy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bigandy/) could you try the same
   to see if the error goes away?

 * Hi [@reneesoffice](https://wordpress.org/support/users/reneesoffice/),
 * Yes I can confirm that it happens when the Cloudinary plugin is active. So a
   conflict between the two plugins I need.
 * Thanks, Andrew

 * [@bigandy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bigandy/) Thanks for the update.
   I do encounter some possible incompatibilities from my side also, with default
   configurations. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we’ll perform some
   additional testing from our side.

 * This turns out to be a bug with the Cloudinary plugin. Please subscribe to this
