 * I am getting error on Woocommerce version 10.6.1 Google for Woocommerce version
   3.6.0
   and wordpress version 6.9.4
 * i tried with health check and it also does the same with Default theme + all
plugins disabled except for woocommerce + google for woocommerce.
 * here is the error in console [https://snipboard.io/6YLVz5.jpg](https://snipboard.io/6YLVz5.jpg)

It happens when i go to wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fgoogle%2Fsetup-
mcto setup merchant center, it was already set-up but now i am getting error
opening this page. After uninstalling and clearing the data i can not relink it
and i am still getting the same type error. So even after all that health check
still does not let me open that page on default theme 2025 + only woocommerce
+ google for woocommerce. Can someone help me, could this be related to the latest
updates? rollbacking hasnt worked eitherHere is what i did: i wanted to create
a new ads account to link to google merchant. Because the first one was unused
and didnt have the welcome bonus, we are about to start running ads so thought
it would be a great bonus to warm up the account. After creating this account
and trying to link it in merchant center, and woocommerce, it looked like it
created some sort of mismatch, after also reinstalling sitekit and google for
woocommerce, creating a new analytics, new ads account etc nothing has worked.
   System status report: [https://gist.github.com/TheDenizen/393cc9db6385abdbf968e29780d50cc6](https://gist.github.com/TheDenizen/393cc9db6385abdbf968e29780d50cc6)
In system status report it says Disabled on all API and this might have happened
when i deleted the source of merchant and all the links between google, and because
of the error i can not relink

 * Update i managed to reconnect jetpack and google for woocommerce and woocommerce
all with the same account, i went to wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-
admin-page and tried to connect google account, merchant account and ads account,
now i still get the same **TypeError: s[o] is not a function** on the settings
   screen.
But i did get the product feed back on the main screen. The error on this
screen im getting is: An error occurred while loading your seller’s product statistics.
Merchant Center account is not set up.[https://snipboard.io/eJdc8r.jpg](https://snipboard.io/eJdc8r.jpg)
but when i go to connection test again it says:
 * Request: GET /wc/gla/mc/connection Status: 200 Response: { “id”: (DEPRECATED),“
   status”: “connected”, “notification_service_enabled”: true, “wpcom_rest_api_status”:“

 * Hi there,
 * Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
 * I’ve tried to replicate the issue on my end, but I wasn’t able to reproduce it.
Also, the link you shared appears to be related to the **Google for WooCommerce
setup page**, which is typically shown only the first time you configure the
   Google Merchant account.
 * After successfully connecting the Google Merchant account, that link should automatically
redirect to the **Google for WooCommerce dashboard**.
 * To assist you further, could you please confirm where exactly the issue appears?
For example, does it occur when you navigate to the Google for WooCommerce dashboard
   via:
 * **WordPress Dashboard → Marketing → Google for WooCommerce**
 * Additionally, could you please confirm:
    - Have you already connected your **Google Merchant account** successfully?
    - Have you completed the Google for WooCommerce configuration?
    - Are you seeing this error message during the setup process or after the plugin
      has already been configured?
 * Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

 * Hi,
Merchant account and all was connected succesfully. I tried to link a new
ads account. After creating a new ads account and wanting to decouple the old
one from merchant center, and also from Google for woocommerce. This has occured.
Im not sure exactly how to replicate this either.I have concluded there is some
mismatch, i am getting a 400 error Account at merchant center is not set,BUT,
i have linked it through /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=/google/connection-
test-admin-pageThis page is now unavailable because it says: i dont have permission
to view that page even though i am linked as admin account.Jetpack, woocommerce
and Google for woocommerce all are linked to the same wordpress.com website,
for the cloud backend, it might also have some conflicts here.A potential fix
would be for me to unlink everything, jetpack, merchant, and everything on googles
side. And reinstall Google for woocommerce completely fresh and hope that fixes
it so i can just start the setup wizard again. Because this error is gonna persist
unless i get this stale connection between these apps out first. That is my theory.
 * But because this is the production database the most important thing is getting
all 300 products back on merchant center, synced

 * Hi there!
 * Thank you for the additional details one important thing to highlight here is
that you’re also using the **Site Kit by Google** plugin.
 * At the moment, Site Kit and Google Listings & Ads (Google for WooCommerce) are
not fully compatible when managing the same Google services. This can sometimes
cause connection or permission mismatches like the ones you’re seeing.
 * Could you please try temporarily **deactivating Site Kit**, clear your site/server
cache (and browser cache), and then check if the issue still occurs?
 * Let us know the result and we’ll continue from there

 * Hi, I deactivated site kit, it still occurs.
   I deactivated sitekit + jetpack
+ unlinked on google side + on wordpress.com sideBut now, the ?page=wc-admin
gives an error plainly, when i reinstall jetpack, this page comes blank with
an error that it requires jetpack. This has something to do with it im sure. Because
when going into google for woocommerce, it is also giving the errors in ?page
=wc-adminHow do i completely wipe google links, jetpack links, tokens and whatever,
it seems now woocommerce has also got to be unlinked because it needs jetpack
to run but i do not remember this ever being a neccesarry plugin for this Google
for woocommerce setup to work. Now it is requiring it

 * I am getting the following error on wc-admin:
 * `ChunkLoadError: Loading CSS chunk 2371 failed`
It also comes up with 2 404 errors.
But when i redownload jetpack this part is restored, but i still do not have
access to the google for woocommerce page

 * Hi there!
 * Thank you for the detailed explanation it really helps clarify what’s happening.
 * First, I would like to clarify that the **Jetpack plugin is not required** to
use **Google for WooCommerce**. However, Google for WooCommerce requires your
site to be connected with **WordPress.com**. While some Jetpack services help
power this connection, the plugin itself is **not required**. Google for WooCommerce
can connect to WordPress.com directly without Jetpack.
 * Since you mentioned that the other issue is now resolved, it seems the only remaining
problem is accessing the Google for WooCommerce page. Could you please confirm
if you are referring to this page: `https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page
   =connection-test-admin-page`?
 * If yes, could you also confirm whether you are still seeing the error message**“
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”**, or if you are encountering
a new error when accessing this page?
 * Additionally, have you tried going to **WordPress Dashboard → Marketing → Google
   for WooCommerce**?
    - Are you able to access the Google for WooCommerce dashboard, or do you see
      any error messages?
 * For testing purposes, I would suggest temporarily **deactivating all plugins
except WooCommerce and Google for WooCommerce**. After that, go to **WooCommerce
→ Status → Tools** and perform the following steps:
    - WooCommerce transients – Clear
    - Expired transients – Clear
    - Clear template cache – Clear
    - Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    - Clear customer sessions -Clear
 * Then, please try to record a short video showing exactly what happens when you
go to **WordPress Dashboard → Marketing → Google for WooCommerce**.
 * For video, you may use [https://loom.com](https://loom.com/) or [https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/](https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/).

 * this issue has not been resolved; type error is still active. GMC feed is still
   not working.
 * the thing that IS fixed is i can enter google for woocommerce dashboard, but
when i click on setup it will still give the error.
 * i will create a video but i have not had the time yet.
 * as an emergency solution i have 170 of 300 products working with a 3rd party
plugin. Which is not the wanted solution. Will come back to this thread

 * Hi there!
 * Thanks for the update, and I’m sorry to hear the issue is still ongoing.
 * I understand that you’re now able to access the **Google for WooCommerce dashboard**,
but the TypeError still appears when clicking **Setup**, and the GMC feed is
not functioning correctly. I also appreciate you letting us know about the temporary
   workaround using a third-party plugin.
 * Whenever you have time, please share the video recording that will help us better
understand exactly where the error occurs and what is happening during the setup
   process.
 * When recording the video, could you also **open the browser Console (Developer
Tools)** and keep it visible during the process? This will allow us to check
if any JavaScript errors appear in the logs when the issue occurs.
 * If possible, please also try **temporarily deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce
and Google for WooCommerce** while recording the video. This helps us confirm
whether another plugin may be interfering with the setup process.
 * Additionally, please check if any **fatal errors** are logged by going to:
   **
WooCommerce → Status → Logs**, and look for any recent error entries (especially
related to Google for WooCommerce). If you find any, please share the relevant
   log details with us.
 * Once we have the video and logs, we’ll be able to investigate this further and
help move toward a proper resolution.
 * Thanks again for your patience
