# TypeError: t.addClass(“custom-position”)

 * The popup used to work fine. After the latest update, we are getting errors.
 * TypeError: t.addClass(“custom-position”).position(r).trigger is not a function.(
   In ‘t.addClass(“custom-position”).position(r).trigger(“popmakeAfterReposition”)’,‘
   t.addClass(“custom-position”).position(r).trigger’ is undefined)
 * This only happens on Safari.
 * Could you please help?

 * Since you mentioned that the problem occurs after you have updated the Popup 
   Maker to its latest version, then please always ensure that all forms of caching(
   browser, on-site plugins, or server-side caching such as Cloudflare) have been**
   cleared/deleted/emptied** to avoid this type of issues.
    ​ You may also try to**
   temporarily disable the cache of Cloudflare or switch it off temporarily** and
   check it again to see if the issue still persists._ You can also reach out to
   your hosting provider – they should be able to assist you with this._
