    Hi there,

When users sign in and go to the checkout, they can use their filled in payment or use a new payment method. This is great.

However, there is a dot in front of the bulletin points. See screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/L52OSfQ.png

Can you reproduce it and fix it?

    Thanks.

    Hi @worldsdream,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot, it really helps to clearly understand what you are seeing with the extra dot appearing alongside the payment options at checkout.

I have gone ahead and tested this on my test site, and I was unable to reproduce the behavior, which suggests this may not be a general issue with the plugin itself. Here is a reference from my test: https://cln.sh/q21f8sWgpPpnB1JcrD5C

To help narrow this down further, could you let me know when you first started noticing this? Was it after a recent update to WooCommerce, the Stripe plugin, or your theme?

In the meantime, I recommend running a full conflict test to rule out theme or plugin interference:

    1. Temporarily switch to a default theme such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway
    3. Check if the issue persists

You can find a detailed guide here: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If the issue still persists after this, please share your System Status Report so we can take a closer look. You can get it via WooCommerce → Status → Get system report, then paste it on https://pastebin.com or https://quickforget.com and share the link here.

Looking forward to your findings so we can continue troubleshooting this together.

Just in case it becomes helpful to mention as an alternative fix, you could probably also use a line of CSS to target just those bullets and not display them or otherwise make them invisible.

Hi @hastibe, thanks for sharing that suggestion, it is a helpful workaround and could definitely assist in cases where this turns out to be styling related.

@worldsdream, just following up with you here, could you let us know if you have had a chance to try the earlier recommended conflict test? This helps determine whether the behavior is coming from the theme or another plugin rather than WooCommerce or the Stripe gateway itself.

Here is the guide again for reference: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/. Looking forward to your update so we can continue narrowing this down together.
