Hi Aswin, thank you for such a quick response when I add a user on it is linking then to the wron profile this is an example this user has been added on under name Jane niov 20 2022 first name Janenov 20 2022 last name but when you click on the profile it says test first name last name on the profile yet the address bar is correct as you can see below.
https://homemod.co.uk/user-2/jane+nov+20+2022+username/
All users being added are linking to that profile which is causing us massive problems, can you help please?

Hi Aswin, I just clicked the link I sent you while logged out and the name is then correct on the profile, but when I am logged in as admin whatever user I click view profile on is showing me test first name last name on the profile. Thanks Jane

Your Cloudflare network seems to have caching activated and I got x-kinsta-cache: HIT for the URL: https://homemod.co.uk/user-2/jane+nov+20+2022+username/
You must ask your web hosting support to disable caching for the UM pages:
Login, Register, Password Reset, Account, User, Members.

Hi,
I have spoken to Kinsta they have replied
can you provide the problematic cookies.
Can you let me know the exact URLs for these pages:
UM pages:
Login, Register, Password Reset, Account, User, Members.`
Do you know what these are as I don’t know how to identify them
Thanks for your help
Jane
@jkgbs
You have the UM Pages at UM Settings -> General -> Pages
where you add your domain to get the URL.
User page seems to be user-2 ie https://homemod.co.uk/user-2/
You have six Registration pages none of them built with the UM Forms Builder.
The Registration pages can be reduced to one page by using UM Conditional Logic and a dropdown for identifying which user type it is.
