Unable to access/ retrieve ww.wp.xz.cn account

    Hi, I forgot my credentials (username/pwd) for my old ww.wp.xz.cn (forum) account. I tried both “lost” and “reset” password options a few times but did not receive any response. Does anyone know why this might be happening and what can be done?

    (Btw, if you’re wondering, this message was posted from a new temporary account I created with another email just to be able to get help.)

    send an email to [email protected] with the details of your old and new accounts.

    Yeah, don’t do that and anyone else finding this, don’t do that either. Send an email to the address Steve posted above and it can be sorted out there.
