# Unable to activate plugin – PHP parse error

 * The plugin installs fine on a localhost setup but when I try to activate it I
   get a fatal error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in …\htdocs\
   wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wc-category-locker\classes\class-wc-dependencies.
   php on line 19.
