# Unable to create additional forms

 * I do not have the ability to create more than one form in the Form Designer. 
   Looking at the screen shots on the plugin page, it appears there should be tabs
   above the form name to add additional forms, but these tabs don’t display for
   me. I am using version 2.3.12 of this plug-in.
