 * Hello, I have this problem when creating my tickets according to the connector
   log, osticket has SSL and my wordpress site also has SSL so I don’t understand
   the problem, should I enable or disable something in osticket? (to allow without
   https?)

   Please check “Force HTTPS” option in [System Settings](https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Admin/Settings/System.html).
