Hello Eddie @eddievet
It seems that you haven’t logged in to the staging site admin dashboard.
Please try to log in and see if that resolves the issue.

Hello @eddievet
The first screenshot should be initiation of the staging creation.
Would you let us know what issue you are facing with the 2nd staging site.

Yes, the first image is the initiantion and i showed it to see that the process is done correct.
The second image shows that i am unable to edit the website (via Elementor or WPBakery page editors) nor i can see the orange ribbon.
I can share wth you the website’s creds if you request it. You can then see for yourself what i am trying to say

I did send it. I am sure it attched it in the description box. Also, i am facing another issue and this is an EMERGENCY.
Yesterday i created a backup of my server with wpvivid at around 21:00 utc time and last post was published few hours earlier. I then started to restore the website (few hours later) and then i noticed that it was like i hadn’t done any backup at all. It restored at the point were it was, prior publishing the post.

We’ve searched all email folders, including Spam, but haven’t found your debug information. To avoid further delays, please download the staging log and send it to our support email. Additionally, please include a link to this thread in your email for efficient tracking.
2. Please publish a sample post on your site. Then, create a backup and restore it. After the restoration, please let us know if the sample post is missing.
Kind regards.
