Thank you for your response.
I would like to note that we tried to check the case and the plugin worked normally. Most presumably it is an individual case.
Please provide us with the information on whether you are using the cache plugin that caches the admin dashboard. If you have, please deactivate the option that caches the admin dashboard.
Most presumably JS or PHP are cached and the problem has occurred.
Please check this and get back to us with an outcome.

I disabled all caching settings in my plugin, SG Optimizer. I had created 22 questions with corresponding answers, using the dropdown menu feature. To avoid having to recreate the same options for every question, I selected “Duplicate” and then edited the wording of each question.
For some reason, only 2 questions appear in the Quiz setup. Here’s the screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/tZeo5AD
