# Unable to Login to WordPress.org Developer Account – Lost 2FA Access

 * Hello WordPress.org Community,
 * I need help accessing my primary WordPress.org developer account (used for submitting
   themes and plugins). I’m trying to log in at [https://login.wordpress.org/wp-login.php](https://login.wordpress.org/wp-login.php).
 * I have my correct username and password, but I cannot log in because my two-factor
   authentication (2FA) backup codes and passkey were lost after my mobile phone
   was reset.
 * Could someone please guide me on how to regain access to my account? I understand
   this is for the central WordPress.org account, not a self-hosted WordPress site.

   and someone will help you there.
