Unable to set this up.

This plugin has caused numerous issues on my Woocommerce site. It removed the shipping box / script completely from the checkout page (upon deactivating the other shipping options).
Does not work on my up-to-date Woocommerce site.
Great idea but poor implementation as reviewed by other users too. Would be great to see how it works, if it works though.
