Unable to update to 3.1.3

    I have this installed on a site and a duplicate site used for development. Version 3.1.1 is installed. I tried to update to 3.1.3 and could not. The Updating Plugins page would display, but nothing more than the page title. Nothing would happen. I tested this several times. I was able to update other plugins, but if this was included in the list of plugins to update the process hung.

    Update: Tried again this morning (problem was last night). It updated. The only difference in what I did was that I initially asked for the update via the update page for the website, but used the plugin’s “view details” pop up button to run the update.

    More info, still a problem:
    I went to the second site and tried updating from the update plugins page. It hung. I was able to do it from the view details page.
