Hello @rogya,
To know the issue for sure, please send a screenshot of it. Also, do you see the same error when you deactivate the CleanTalk plugin?
Here’s the screenshot: http://bit.ly/3TPsmOY
When i deactivate CleanTalk as of now for the website, i waited a day or two, there’s no more the unauthorize access.
Now i turned it back on, scanner found 2 malware but offer only “approve” option: http://bit.ly/44PT0xz. i checked the website, the unauthorized waring has not appeared it as of now.
I dont know if it is the cleantalk configuration that caused that. Now scanner found 2 frontend malware with no option to delete.
it highlighted this error on top of plugin page:
2025-07-20 09:32:44: Scheduled: background_scan: “WRONG_SITE_RESPONSE TEST_ACTION FOR RC scanner__controller, ERROR: UNEXPECTED RESPONSE: ""

<!– Google Tag Manager –> (function(w,d,s,l,i){w[l]=w[l]||[];w[l].push({'gtm.start':
new Date().getTime(),event:'gtm.js'});var f=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],
j=d.createElement(s),dl=l!='dataLayer'?'&l='+l:'';j.async=true;j.src=
'https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id='+i+dl;f.parentNode.insertBefore(j,f);
})(window,document,'script','dataLay""”

So far, I have changed the theme, and it seems to work out the error but needs to verify in time.
Thank you for the update.
Could you please let us know what theme you had before this?
First of all, i dont know if this is resolved yet. Because the unauthorized error sometimes come back after a day or more.
I used GeneratePress as the parent theme, and GeneratePress Child as child theme. i deactivated the child theme and used the parent directly. I did this because the supposedly malware led to a generatepress theme pages.

OK, rogya. We’ll wait for your feedback on whether disabling the child theme helped.
i am using wordpress platform, and the themes you used with it might not always be compatible and might have vulnerability in outdated theme.
ok, understood, no, I’m using divi and all is up to date I don’t think it’s it

Please, perform a standard safety procedure:
- delete any suspicious users/accounts
- deactivate/delete any outdated and untrusted plugins and themes
- reset your website database passwords and your admin users passwords
- launch the Malware Scanner https://cleantalk.org/help/security-malware-scanner and send any found infected files for analysis https://cleantalk.org/help/files-analysis
- check the tab Critical Updates in the Malware Scanner
- change your security keys and salts https://cleantalk.org/help/change-wp-salts
- enable the Two-Factor Authentication feature https://cleantalk.org/help/two-factor-auth
Did it help?
I really don’t know why but it seems to be ok now
Fred

It works when i deactivate cleantalk plugin
What cache plugin you use on the website?
Please, add the CleanTalk plugin folder to your cache exclusions:
• WORDPRESS_ROOT_FOLDER/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewallThen change this option:
• WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → category “Miscellaneous” → set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” → Save Changes.After that clear your website cache. It should fix the issue. Did it help?
Excellent advice, tks.
