# UNAUTHORIZED_ACCESS_TOKEN

 * I just installed the demo version of the plugin. I have it displayed using the
   Sidebar Widget. The widget shows up, but no reviews are displayed. Instead, I
   get this error message: “UNAUTHORIZED_ACCESS_TOKEN: The access token provided
   is not currently able to query this endpoint.”
 * I have the Yelp API entered in the settings, and there is at least one review
   on the Yelp page. Not sure what else I need to do. Thanks for your help

   I see currently says:
 * > Error: Business information is unavailable. Either you mistyped the Yelp biz
   > ID or the business does not have any reviews.
 * Can you provide me a link to the business on Yelp that you are wanting to show
   reviews for? Can you also provide a screenshot of how you configured the widget?
   That will help identify what the problem is.

 * Hey Matt,
 * Same with me. I purchased the plugin and I can not get it to work. I first uploaded
   the free version and upgraded immediately… after spending much time trying to
   figure it out I deleted it and tried uploading the zipfile instead but still “
   Nada”.
