Unavailable Hosting Panel and SuperCache Broken
-
1. Whenever I try to get to the hosting panel off the left-hand sidebar, I get the message: “There was an error: . Contact support if problem persists.” I am contacting support for help on this.
2. Whenever I sign in as an admin, I get the message: “Warning! WP Super Cache caching broken! The script advanced-cache.php could not load wp-cache-phase1.php.
Please edit /data/s07/dom3504/httpdocs/wp-content/advanced-cache.php and make sure the path to /data/s07/dom3504/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php is correct.”
I am new to WordPress, and have absolutely no idea what this means. Can someone please give me a step-by-step, idiot-proof explanation as to how to fix these two problems?
Thank you,
Sharon
