    Peace be upon you..
    I have question answer community website on wp (like quora)
    One of my legitmate users blocked by firewall, when try to submit an answer.. How can I unblock him?

    Note: we use custom ajax on frontend instead of admin-ajax.php .. The url is: public_html/wp-content/plugins/ourqaplugin/includes/ajax.php

    I activated ninjafirewall yesterday.. Now, I enabled debugging mode.. Because, our users can’t post, ask question, leave answer or comment ..

    Did you check in the firewall’s log why the users are blocked? Go to “NinjaFirewall > Logs” and search for “includes/ajax.php”. Paste the lines here so that I can check them.

    User is blocked for “cross site scripting” .. I think it’s a false positive..

    Look at the ID of the rule in the log, and disable it with the rules editor (NinjaFirewall > Security Rules > Rules Editor tab).
