 * No, the Uncategorized category can not be removed. The if yo have no categories
   then the FAQs by default goes under this category. But if you have multiple categories
   you can uncheck the FAQ from the Uncategorized Category.

 * Why not at least allow for the name to be edited, so the default category can
   be meaningful!
