 * Hi,
 * I just installed “Responsive” (Version: 3.14), and it says to install a bunch
   of plugins, and lists them, etc.
 * However, when I go to do this I end up with errors, and the server log shows 
   why, per below:
 * `PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'TGM_Bulk_Installer' not found in /var/
