 * I am using Form Maker Pro 2.15.2 on WordPress 6.6.2. When showing a form, the
   browser console says:
 * > Uncaught ReferenceError: fm_document_ready is not defined
 * I’m not aware of anything technical I changed, I just edited some form definitions.
   I googled the word “fm_document_ready”, but there was only a single result, and
   that was unrelated to my problem.
 * I suspect that this error causes conditional form fields to be shown always,
   even if they shouldn’t.
 * How can I fix this issue?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Funcaught-referenceerror-fm_document_ready-is-not-defined%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi [@nazelisargsyan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nazelisargsyan/),
 * Thanks for the pointer to the support form, that looks very simple indeed.
 * In the meantime, I solved the problem myself by configuring the cookie banner
   plugin. That plugin had suppressed the `scripts.min.js` file, and that suppression
   caused the missing reference to `fm_document_ready`. Just in case anyone else
   stumbles upon the same error message.
 * Regards, Roland
