# Uncaught ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined

 * I am getting this error in the console when I try to access email templates:
   `
   Uncaught ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined`

 * We didn’t use tinymce in our plugin, please confirm where this error come from?
 * Please deactivate all plugin one by one to check the issue.
