# Uncaught TypeError

 * When playing around with the widgets on this page: [https://tfetimes.com/best-universities-in-india/](https://tfetimes.com/best-universities-in-india/),
   we occasionally get the following error:
    “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property‘
   length’ of null”. The stack trace shows the error is coming from RW.RatingInstance.
   b.getReport. This error causes the individua widget to become unresponsive. Please
   advise – this is an urgent issue for us

 * Had some initial contact with support about this issue. Last heard from them 
   on April 24th simply saying they are looking into it. Have sent 4 emails since
   then asking for any kind of update and have received zero reply. There is no 
   external way to check the ticket status. This is a MAJOR issue for us, and I 
   am sure other people are having it. Would really appreciate any kind of status
   update.
